Job summary

Mars in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Associate Relations Manager to act as the central point for associate relations issues while supporting a hybrid work model (up to 50%). The role focuses on ensuring fair processes, labor law compliance, and proactive workplace insights.

Responsibilities include leading grievances, advising HR and leaders, updating policies, and managing cases in ServiceNow. A strong background in HR/IR and Polish law is required, with English fluency for cross‑border

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, labor relations, or law.
• 4+ years in HR or industrial relations.
• Knowledge of Polish employment and labor law.
• Fluent in Polish and English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for associate relations issues and inquiries.
• Lead grievance and disciplinary processes per Mars guidelines.
• Advise HR partners, leadership, line managers, and associates on AR matters.
• Recommend policy improvements for consistency and effectiveness.
• Deliver AR capability-building programs for managers and leaders.
• Coach managers on performance management and documentation.
• Review separations and severance options and next steps.
• Conduct thorough associate relations investigations and recommendations.
• Identify AR trends and coordinate actions with AR Lead.
• Ensure accurate case management using ServiceNow.
• Drive regional AR projects.
