The role blends onboarding, contract changes, payroll support and lifecycle administration in a friendly, international team. You will work with English and Spanish, maintaining data accuracy, handling workflows, and collaborating across HR to deliver consistent, high‑quality

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR administration, shared services or a customer oriented HR or payroll environment will be a strong asset
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally and build effective relationships
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines
• A proactive approach to problem solving, handling sensitive information and continuous improvement
