Job summary

Unilever is seeking a People Operations Specialist in Katowice to drive HR administration across the employee lifecycle. You will maintain Workday records, onboard and move employees, and support exits and organizational changes, collaborating with market partners to ensure seamless operations.

The role requires strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and SAP, along with fluent Polish and professional English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Hands-on with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and ensure data quality.
• Handle inquiries via ServiceNow and other HR channels with timely solutions.
• Support payroll, compensation, and benefits processes with accurate data.
• Execute mass data changes with high accuracy and compliance.
