Qualifications

• 2+ years in an HR generalist, analyst or operations role.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Fluency in Polish and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts and data entry.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and payroll questions.
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll data accuracy in Workday.
• Audit HR data and support HR initiatives with global partners.
