Job summary

Unilever in Katowice is seeking a People Operations Team Lead to drive operational excellence across HR services. You will lead a team delivering lifecycle activities with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance.

You will manage workloads, collaborate with market HR teams, and optimize Workday-based processes while supporting business transformation initiatives. Hybrid work is offered in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

Experience leading People Operations or HR Shared Services teams.
Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, SAP) and data governance.
Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of People Operations Specialists to deliver service excellence.
Oversee employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, moves, promotions, exits) ensuring compliance and experience.
Manage workload, priorities, and resources to meet service levels and milestones.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Workday through controls and governance.
Partner with HR stakeholders to coordinate changes and large-scale transformations.
Monitor data quality and drive improvements; resolve system-related issues.
Oversee mass data updates, reporting, and audits with privacy compliance.
Drive continuous improvements of HR processes and systems.
