Job summary

Voyagu is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting team, improve hiring performance, and ensure consistent delivery against business needs. Based in Warsaw, you will own an established recruitment function with a mandate to boost productivity and forecast hiring demand.

You will collaborate with Sales and Operations leadership to align priorities and execution. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to build a highly effective recruitment

Qualifications

• Experience leading recruitment teams in high-volume environments.
• Hands-on sourcing, especially LinkedIn, and candidate assessment.
• Experience using performance metrics, forecasts, and funnel analysis.
• Strong people management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate independently and own results.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of hiring plans and maintain forecasts.
• Lead and develop recruiters, set performance expectations.
• Monitor funnel metrics and improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Maintain consistent selection standards and use data to improve outcomes.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to align hiring priorities and capacity.
