Bending Spoons is seeking a highly capable professional to join its global admin/people operations team, shaping and executing initiatives across our fast-growing offices. The role emphasizes autonomy, rigorous execution, and a strong customer‑focus for internal stakeholders.

You will drive complex cross-border projects, including new office setups, legal restructurings, and employee programs, while leveraging automation and AI tools to accelerate impact and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative workstreams for new office launches and due diligence.
• Oversee extraordinary administrative operations during acquisitions and restructurings.
• Ensure compliance with workplace laws across our organizations with external partners.
• Develop and implement compelling employee welfare and benefits initiatives.
• Manage offers, onboarding, and offboarding end-to-end with streamlined workflows and AI-enabled tools.
