Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an HR Data Analyst to own HR reporting and analytics, turning employee data into actionable business insights. Responsibilities

• Consolidate information from different sources and ensure data consistency and accuracy.

• Support the development of HR KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable conclusions and recommendations.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, IT and business stakeholders on data-related initiatives.
• Support the implementation and improvement of HR systems and reporting solutions.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving the quality, accessibility and usability of people data.
• Explore new technologies and analytical solutions that can improve HR processes.
