Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an HR Data Analyst to own HR reporting and analytics, turning employee data into actionable business insights. The role involves collaborating with HR, Finance, IT and business stakeholders to develop dashboards, standardize data, and drive automation of reporting processes.

Ideal candidates have experience in data analysis or HR analytics, strong Excel skills, and the ability to present insights to non-technical audiences in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Has professional experience in data analysis, reporting, BI or HR analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and identifying meaningful insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data transformation and reporting tools.
• Experience creating dashboards and presenting analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate complex information in a simple, business-oriented way.
• Detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture view.
• Works independently, takes ownership and proactively looks for improvements.
• Interest in technology, automation and new data approaches.
• Good command of English in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse people-related data to identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc analyses and reports for HR and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards and HR reporting tools.
• Consolidate information from different sources and ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting and analytical processes.
• Support the development of HR KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable conclusions and recommendations.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, IT and business stakeholders on data-related initiatives.
• Support the implementation and improvement of HR systems and reporting solutions.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving the quality, accessibility and usability of people data.
• Explore new technologies and analytical solutions that can improve HR processes.
