Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on payroll experience in a multinational setting.
• Experience in a Shared Services (SSC) environment using a Global Vendor/Outsourced model.
• Strong proficiency in Workday (HCM/Time and system integrations) is highly preferred.
• Advanced ability to reconcile complex datasets and perform deep-dive audits on gross-to-net calculations.
• Resilience in change, with a consultative approach to vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Transition Support: assist with transition activities for assigned countries, including discovery and knowledge transfer coordination.
• Implementation & Testing: support payroll implementation projects through testing, data validation, and go-live prep.
• Process Governance: ensure transition deliverables and payroll documentation are complete and aligned with objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: identify gaps post-acquisition and standardize processes across the regional cluster.
• Stakeholder Management: partner with ABB Robotics local teams on cross-functional payroll projects.
