Job summary

Jobs2Web is seeking a Payroll & Time Management Specialist to deliver end-to-end payroll processing for the German market within a Hire-to-Retire Shared Services setup. You will manage time and payroll operations, ensure accuracy in payouts, and support inquiries via phone and email.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of end-to-end payroll experience, strong numerical skills, and proficiency in SAP HR Payroll, SuccessFactors, and Excel.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll processing experience for the German market.
• Experience in Hire-to-Retire Shared Services environments is preferred.
• Willingness to learn on the job and adapt to processes.
• Strong knowledge of German wage tax, social security and collective bargaining law is a plus.
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform transactional payroll processing and time management activities in line with regulations.
• Maintain payroll accounts and centralized tasks to ensure accurate payouts.
• Respond to payroll/time management inquiries by phone and email using our case management system.
• Contribute to projects in a target-driven environment to improve service quality.
