Job summary

The assignment is temporary, ending October 31, 2027, with location flexibility within Europe (prefer Poland, Spain, or Nordic countries).

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Swedish.
• Experience with payroll implementation in multinational organizations.
• Experience with Workday payroll processes and integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll and employee lifecycle transformation across multiple countries.
• Drive local discovery activities to define future-state solutions.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and support solution design.
• Oversee testing activities, payroll validations, and go-live readiness.
• Support change management, training, and transition into operational support.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
