Job summary

Strada is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Katowice (remote). You will perform end-to-end payroll processing, ensure accuracy and compliance, and handle client-specific requirements in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of payroll experience, strong MS Office skills, and a solid understanding of HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP or PeopleSoft. Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are

Responsibilities

• Independently process payroll end-to-end according to standards.
• Monitor ticket queues and meet defined timelines.
• Utilize hrX suite for payroll activities and reporting.
• Interpret payslips and payroll calendar; ensure data accuracy.
• Identify deviations and support change requests with stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information responsibly and securely.
• Produce standard and client-specific payroll reports; year-end where needed.
• Answer payroll-related questions and requests; support SOC1 controls.
• Maintain work instructions and perform transactions with third parties.

ROLE DESCRIPTION****Overall objective of the Role**Performs all life-cycle payroll transactions and activities to ensure the processing of an accurate and timely payroll.
