Based in one of our HR Hubs in Germany or Poland, you will bridge stakeholder inputs, integrations, and flawless execution while supporting data integrity across payroll systems.

The role emphasizes data validation, compliance auditing, and continuous improvement to minimize manual fixes. A strong analytical mindset and detailed-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Language proficiency: German (B2) and English (B2) for collaboration with authorities and stakeholders.
• Technical mindset to understand and manage system integrations and data flows.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite for data tracking and analysis.
• Payroll knowledge is a strong advantage, with analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and structured troubleshooting of data discrepancies.

Responsibilities
