Just Eat Takeaway.com seeks a Payroll Compliance Specialist to ensure data integrity for German payroll operations. Based in one of our HR hubs in Germany or Poland, you will bridge stakeholder inputs, integrations, and flawless execution.

The role requires sharp data skills, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize workflows across platforms, with a hybrid work option in Wroclaw or other hubs.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at least B2 and English B2 for collaboration with authorities and teams.
• You should be comfortable with system integrations and data flows between platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and improve payroll processes.
• Experience or familiarity with payroll concepts and data quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage data inputs from multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely submissions.
• Review, verify, and clean payroll data to guarantee accuracy before processing.
• Perform regular audits to align with internal policies and German regulations.
• Identify patterns in data errors and suggest improvements to workflows and tooling.
• Oversee data flow between HR systems and payroll platforms to maintain data integrity.
