Just Eat Takeaway.com is hiring a Payroll Compliance Specialist to guard data accuracy for our German payroll operations. Based in a collaborative HR hub in Germany or Poland, you’ll bridge stakeholder inputs, integrations, and flawless execution.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at B2 level; English at B2; collaboration with authorities and teams.
• Strong data-minded mindset; ability to understand system integrations.
• Proficient with MS Office or Google Suite for data tracking and analysis.
• Basic payroll concepts; willingness to learn and adapt.
• Attention to detail; structured, methodical approach to troubleshooting data discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll data is pristine, compliant, and processed seamlessly.
• Coordinate and manage data inputs from internal/external stakeholders.
• Review, verify, and clean data before final payroll processing.
• Perform audits to align with internal policies and German regulations.
• Identify data error patterns and propose workflow improvements.
• Oversee data flows between HR systems and payroll platforms.
