The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, or economics, CPP/CIPP/CPA certifications, and German language proficiency (Upper-Intermediate, B2).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle error reports from vendors concerning eligibility issues.
• Administer COBRA and flexible spending account (FSA) plans.
• Oversee the online enrollment process.
• Process events in PeopleSoft.
• Conduct benefit audits to ensure accurate employee enrollment.
• Engage in cyclical benefit programs, including open enrollment.
• Enter elections into the system.
• ACA administration and compliance.
• Assist with resolving employee benefit-related inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
