DXC Technology is recruiting a Payroll and HR Administration Specialist to join our global HR team. Hybrid from Wroclaw with potential reassignment to Warszawa, Kraków, or Gdańsk will be considered.

The role requires HR/payroll experience, SAP proficiency, and fluent English and German (B2). You will manage HR data, provide ticketing support, ensure policy compliance and support process improvements globally.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of experience in HR and Payroll.
• Excellent coordination and organization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and German.

We are currently looking for motivated people who want to develop their careers in the area of HR and payroll.Your range of responsibilities will include:Recording HR and payroll data in the HR system. Depending on the target team, these may be data related to hiring, transfers, termination of employment, contract changes, holidays, benefits, etc.Providing HR support by responding to HR inquiries and issues through the ticketing systemEnsuring compliance of all documentation and applications with company policy and legal requirements. Maintaining high standards of compliance and confidentiality in the processing of employee information.Actively contribute to the improvement of procedures and processes to increase customer satisfaction, increase efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
