Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. invites a Mid-Level Data & AI Engineer / Full-Stack Developer with Italian to join our hybrid team in Poland (Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk, or Wroclaw).

You will build data-driven apps combining pipelines, GenAI features, and user interfaces, while working on backend APIs, microservices, and cloud deployments. You will design frontend dashboards and collaborate with senior engineers and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient Python programming and software engineering basics.
• Strong SQL and data transformation experience.
• Italian language sufficient for daily client communication and context understanding.
• Cloud platform experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) with basic services for compute, storage, DBs, networking, IAM.
• Experience with GenAI concepts: prompts, LLMs, embeddings, RAG.
• Backend/API integration and microservices experience.
• Frontend with JavaScript/TypeScript and React/Angular/Vue.
• Git, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, observability, secure development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and data models in cloud environments.
• Develop AI-powered features (RAG pipelines, LLM-based assistants, agents).
• Create backend components: REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, security/authentication.
• Develop frontend dashboards using modern JS frameworks for analytics and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions.
