DXC Technology is hiring a Payroll and HR Administration Specialist in a hybrid role based from Wroclaw, with options for Warsaw, Krakow or Gdansk. You will handle HR and payroll data, provide HR support via tickets, ensure compliance, and contribute to process improvements.

The role requires 1+ year in HR/Payroll, German and English at B2, SAP experience, and strong attention to detail. DXC offers a broad benefits package and career development in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of experience in the area of HR and Payroll
• Very good knowledge of German and English (B2)
• Experience in working on SAP
• Focused on customer satisfaction
• Attention to detail with the ability of analytical thinking
• Education in the area of Human Resources and Payroll or Finance will be an additional advantage

Responsibilities

• Recording HR and payroll data in the HR system. Depending on the target team, these may be data related to hiring, transfers, termination of employment, contract changes, holidays, benefits, etc.
• Providing HR support by responding to HR inquiries and issues through the ticketing system
• Ensuring compliance of all documentation and applications with company policy and legal requirements. Maintaining high standards of compliance and confidentiality in the processing of employee information.
• Actively contribute to the improvement of procedures and processes to increase customer satisfaction, increase efficiency and achieve organizational goals. Participate in projects related to the implementation of process changes
