Job summary

DXC Technology is hiring a Payroll and HR Administration Specialist to join our international HR team in Poland. Hybrid work from Wroclaw, with options from Warszawa, Kraków or Gdańsk, and the chance to grow in payroll, HR data management, and process improvements.

You will record HR and payroll data, handle HR inquiries via ticketing, ensure policy and legal compliance, and contribute to efficiency projects.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of experience in HR and Payroll.
• Very good knowledge of German and English (B2).
• Experience in working on SAP.
• Focused on customer satisfaction.
• Attention to detail with analytical thinking.
• Education in HR and Payroll or Finance will be an additional advantage

Responsibilities

• Record HR and payroll data in the HR system (hiring, transfers, termination, contracts, holidays, benefits, etc.).
• Provide HR support by responding to inquiries through the ticketing system.
• Ensure compliance of documentation and applications with policy and legal requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction; participate in related projects.

Payroll and HR Administration Specialist

Location:

Hybrid from Wrocław (possible options from Warszawa, Kraków or Gdańsk)

We have been providing HR and payroll services to our clients for over 10 years. We are currently looking for motivated people who want to develop their careers in the area of HR and payroll.

Your range of responsibilities will include:

• Recording HR and payroll data in the HR system. Depending on the target team, these may be data related to hiring, transfers, termination of employment, contract changes, holidays, benefits, etc.
• Providing HR support by responding to HR inquiries and issues through the ticketing system
• Ensuring compliance of all documentation and applications with company policy and legal requirements. Maintaining high standards of compliance and confidentiality in the processing of employee information.
• Actively contribute to the improvement of procedures and processes to increase customer satisfaction, increase efficiency and achieve organizational goals. Participate in projects related to the implementation of process changes

Knowledge and Skills required for success:

• Min. 1 year of experience in the area of HR and Payroll
• Very good knowledge of German and English (B2)
