DXC Technology in Wroclaw is seeking a Banking Process Specialist with German to execute and optimize financial process transactions. You will analyze data, support reporting, and collaborate with analysts and managers in a hybrid work setting from Wroclaw.

The role requires a strong background in BPM, data analysis, and German language proficiency (B2). A continuous learner mindset with relevant experience is preferred, with opportunities for career growth across international projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 4+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 1+ year in a similar role.
• Proven experience in business process transactions.
• Proficiencies in business process management and optimization.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in business process transactions
• Proficiencies in business process management and optimization
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

fluency in German (min.B2)

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) or significant relevant work experience a plus
