Job summary

SD Worx is seeking an SAP Migration Consultant to support data migration across SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and Employee Central Payroll projects. You will work alongside senior consultants to prepare, validate, test, and document migrations while ensuring data quality and compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work in an international team environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.
• Willingness to learn SAP migration methodologies and tools.
• Driver's licence.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM/ SAP SF would be considered an advantage.

About the role:

As an SAP Migration Consultant, you will support the execution of data migration activities across SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and Employee Central Payroll projects. You will work closely with senior migration consultants to prepare, validate, test, and document migration activities, ensuring the accurate and successful transfer of HR and payroll data while maintaining data quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
