Job summary

Visa is hiring a Technical Solutions Consultant in Warsaw. You will support customers, troubleshoot complex issues across APIs, payment processing, authentication, and risk solutions, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services. This hybrid role requires three in-office days per week in Warsaw.

You will mentor colleagues, develop documentation, and contribute to product launches and migration efforts while delivering expert technical guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex technical products, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, integrations, or payment technologies.
• Experience in technical support, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or client services.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving across multiple systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical consultation and support for complex customer implementations and production issues.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges across APIs, payment processing, authentication, tokenization, risk solutions, and related technologies.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor with product expertise and best-practice guidance.
• Lead technical discussions on solution architecture, integrations, and product capabilities.
• Manage high-priority customer escalations and maintain clear communication throughout incidents.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to resolve issues and improve offerings.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to root-cause analysis and process improvements.
• Develop knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
• Support new product launches, migrations, and strategic initiatives.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior colleagues.
