Job summary

Visa seeks an Acceptance Solutions Analyst in Warsaw to lead end-to-end implementation of payments solutions, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable plans.

You will coordinate product launches, platform migrations, and client initiatives while maintaining strong relationships and delivering high-quality deployments. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree required.
• Experience in banking, financial services, technical support, or client-facing environment.
• Strong project coordination skills with ability to manage plans, status updates, issues and resources.
• Experience troubleshooting and documenting technical or operational issues.
• Ability to work consultatively with clients and translate their needs into clear requirements.
• Experience identifying opportunities to improve processes and support system enhancements.
• Familiarity with representing client system and operational requirements to internal teams.
• Experience creating or improving support documentation and contributing to business or operational enhancements.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Acceptance Solutions products and services.
• Manage a variety of implementation projects including launches, migrations, expansions, and configuration changes.
• Act as primary client contact during implementation, offering consultative guidance and support.
• Translate client needs into clear technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, issues, and communications.
• Oversee configuration, testing, and production readiness for launches.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and accelerate onboarding.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Represent client needs internally to help improve products and processes.
• Create and enhance implementation guides and knowledge resources.
• Leverage digital tools and Generative AI to support delivery and efficiency.
• Support product launches, platform enhancements, and regulatory changes to ensure adoption.
