Job summary

Visa is seeking a Licensing Analyst to join our Warsaw office. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, supporting license requests and regulatory compliance for Visa products and services.

You will translate client needs into clear technical requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams across markets. You will gain exposure to Visa bylaws, rules and banking structures while using digital tools to enhance processes and support day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in licensing, regulatory, or related processes within financial services or a regulated environment.
• Ability to translate business and regulatory needs into clear documentation.
• Experience coordinating projects, planning, reporting and issue tracking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on license requests and regulatory bylaws.
• Analyze licensing eligibility and manage the licensing process for clients.
• Consult with clients and handle license administration tasks including mergers, upgrades and terminations.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality or efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery by licensing team, partners, and stakeholders.
• Investigate licensing questions requiring understanding of bylaws and banking regulations.
• Provide management with recommendations and escalate unusual scenarios.
• Understand how licensing data impacts upstream/downstream processes.
