Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a System Analyst to bridge business needs with payment card technology. You will analyze card-related requirements, document functional specs, and collaborate with technical and business teams to implement new functionalities and support migrations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in card/payment analysis, strong knowledge of credit card services, and fluency in English and Polish. The role supports hybrid work in Poland and offers growth within a multinational services

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in system or business-system analysis in cards/payments.
Strong knowledge of credit card functionalities and related services.
Familiarity with UML and BPMN notation and SQL.
Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
Knowledge of implementation, testing, and system development processes.
Proficiency in English for documentation and stakeholder communication.
Polish fluency and willingness to work hybrid in Poland.

Responsibilities

Analyze and reconcile business requirements related to card products and processes.
Create functional specifications and analytical documentation.
Map business processes and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with payment organizations and business/technical teams.
Support implementation of new functionalities and changes in systems.
Prepare test scenarios and assist testing.
Participate in data and system migration projects.
