Job summary

Worldline is seeking a Product Manager to join the Risk Technology Team in the Transaction Monitoring domain. You will lead strategic initiatives, partner with leadership, product and engineering, and drive value for clients while scaling delivery capabilities.

You will own the product roadmap, translate business goals into requirements, and work closely with engineering and design throughout the lifecycle. Strong English communication and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional product development teams.
• Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies.
• Ability to define product requirements and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to support decisions.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap for assigned product areas.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Lead product discovery activities including customer interviews, market analysis, and competitive research.
• Define product success metrics and monitor product performance after release.
• Support sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment on product objectives.
• Drive product launches together with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements based on data, feedback, and market trends.
• Communicate product updates, priorities, and progress to internal stakeholders.

Joining our organization as a Product Manager means becoming a key contributor to how we deliver value to our clients and scale our delivery capabilities.
