Job summary

Citi is seeking a Payments Operations Analyst in Poland to support MEA Payments Operations. You will execute transactions and collaborate with the Transaction Services team to ensure accurate and timely processing for corporate clients.

The role requires fluent English, strong analytical skills, and flexibility to work in a shift system to support global operations. Hybrid work is offered with potential benefits described in the offer.

Qualifications

• Payment experience is an asset.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Analytical mindset with detail orientation.
• Willingness to work in shifts including holidays/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Performing processing activities
• Identify and correct discrepancies in the systems
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately, in a timely manner and in line with international banking standards
• Conducting communication with internal and external clients
• Timely and effective management of all new tasks assigned by manager
• Solving current processing issues and taking action in order to optimize the process (coordinating tests and projects)
• Preparing and verifying procedures, other regulations, process descriptions, process maps, capacity plans etc.
