Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a Payments Operation Junior Analyst to join the MEA Payments Operations team. You will execute payment transactions, liaise with clients, and help ensure accurate, timely processing in line with banking standards.

The role requires strong English communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-oriented environment with a hybrid work setup.

The successful candidate will join the MEA Payments Operations Department responsible for delivering high quality service to our corporate clients by offering accurate and timely management of payments flow through our internal bank systems. Your potential future responsibilities will include executing transactions and participating in complex processes in coordination with the Transaction Services team.

Responsibilities

• Perform payment processing activities and manage supporting documentation related to payments
• Conduct communication with internal and external clients
• Identify and correct discrepancies in the systems
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately, in a timely manner and in line with international banking standards
• Effectively manage and prioritize assigned responsibilities

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office will be an asset
• Well-developed analytical skills, including an investigative mindset, independence in problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet competing deadlines
• Readiness to work in different work shifts including public holidays and weekends
