Job summary

The Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a Payments Operation Analyst to join the MEA Payments Operations Department. You will help deliver high-quality service to corporate clients by ensuring accurate and timely management of payments across internal bank systems, and you will execute transactions in coordination with the Transaction Services team.

The role is full-time with a hybrid work model (currently up to 2 days at home per week).

Qualifications

• Fluent communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills with problem solving and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Performing processing activities
• Identify and correct discrepancies in the systems
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately, timely and in line with international banking standards
• Conducting communication with internal and external clients
• Timely and effective management of all new tasks assigned by manager
• Solving current processing issues and coordinating tests and projects
• Preparing and verifying procedures, other regulations, process descriptions, process maps, capacity plans etc.
