Job summary

Citi is seeking a Payments Operation Analyst to join the MEA Payments Operations Department. The role involves executing transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and coordinating with the Transaction Services team to deliver high-quality service to corporate clients.

The candidate should have English proficiency, strong analytical skills, and be able to work in shifts, including holidays and weekends, to support global operations. Hybrid work setup available in Poland.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Well-developed analytical skills with problem-solving focus.
• Flexibility to work in a shift system, including holidays and weekends.
• Payment experience will be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Performing processing activities.
• Identify and correct discrepancies in the systems.
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately and timely to international standards.
• Communicate with internal and external clients.
• Manage new tasks assigned by manager in a timely manner.
• Solve processing issues and coordinate tests/projects to optimize the process.
• Prepare and verify procedures, regulations, process descriptions, maps, capacity plans.
