Aryzta Europe Business Service Center in Wrocław is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist to manage and execute payments accurately and on time. You will support resolution of outstanding items, monitor GR/IR balances, and drive process improvements across Source-to-Pay with internal stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• 2–4 years in Payment Operations or related finance function.
• Experience with supplier payments, banking operations and issue resolution.
• GR/IR monitoring and reconciliation experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• English proficiency at least B2.

Mansioni

• Execute supplier payments accurately, on time, and in compliance with policies.
• Process domestic, international, urgent, and manual payments through ERP systems and banking platforms.
• Monitor payment status and resolve failed, delayed, or outstanding transactions.
• Maintain and validate payment-related master data, including supplier banking details.
• Perform payment controls and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Investigate and resolve payment-related queries, discrepancies, open items, and vendor account issues.
• Monitor, reconcile, and clear GR/IR balances and support AP account maintenance.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, and audits.
• Collaborate with banking partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payment operations.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration
