ICON Strategic Solutions in Poland is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to oversee trial monitoring and ensure compliance with protocol, regulatory requirements and GCP standards.

You will lead on monitoring tasks with a focus on quality and continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data collection and reporting, and providing training to site staff.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with strong regulatory knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60%.

Aufgaben

• Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements and GCP.
• Conduct site visits to assess performance, resolve issues and support trial execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
• Provide training and guidance to site staff to maintain high standards of conduct.
• Build and maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to facilitate trial operations.
