Job summary

Responsibilities

• Participate in trainings and workshops.
• Attend team and country meetings.
• Assist in projects, research and team engagement activities.
• Support in identifying process improvements.
• Handle recruitment administration tasks (postings, interview scheduling, hires).
• Prepare recruitment documents and checklists.
• Process recruitment transactions in systems as needed.
• Prepare and analyze reports.
• Other recruitment-related tasks.
