Job summary

Fresenius Kabi Polska is seeking a detail-oriented P2P Business Process Analyst to optimize Procure-to-Pay processes within our Shared Service Center in Wrocław. You will drive standardization, data-driven improvements, and scalable solutions across the organization.

The role requires SAP FI & VIM expertise, strong analytical skills, and experience in accounts payable within a multicultural, collaborative environment. A hybrid work setup is offered, with 1 day in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience within Accounts Payable processes, preferably in a Shared Service Center environment.
• Knowledge of SAP FI & VIM module (crucial).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• First experience in project management.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and flexible approach.
• Openness to working in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing accounting process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Monitoring process performance, measuring effectiveness, and providing feedback to stakeholders.
• Analyzing current processes to identify optimization and automation potential.
• Supporting the assessment, validation, and implementation of process standardization and improvement initiatives across entities in scope.
• Driving holistic problem-solving from an end-to-end process perspective.
• Mapping and documenting business processes and facilitating stakeholder alignment on new process designs.
• Supporting Continuous Improvement and Quality-related projects.
• Participating in testing activities for new and upgraded systems, applications, and solutions.
• Designing reporting solutions and preparing ad hoc reports for SSC and regional stakeholders.
• Reviewing, validating, and maintaining Desktop Procedures and post-transition process documentation.
