Fresenius Kabi Polska invites an O2C Accountant to join our Wrocław SSC, delivering high-quality receivables accounting and supporting customers and internal stakeholders. The role focuses on journal entries, cash application, dunning, invoicing, and period-end activities within a collaborative, process-improvement environment.

Ideal applicants bring English proficiency and at least one year in a financial SSC with AR expertise, plus strong Excel skills and a proactive, team-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Very good command of English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial and accounting SSC environment.
• Solid knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborative approach and solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Posting and validating journal entries.
• Performing cash application activities.
• Identifying and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Processing dunning letters and executing dunning runs.
• Handling manual customer invoicing processes.
• Preparing receivables reports and supporting period-end activities.
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Identifying, managing, and supporting dispute resolution processes.
• Cooperating with the Retained Organization to ensure effective accounting process execution.

Our Shared Service Center in Wrocław supports international business operations by providing professional finance and accounting services. As part of the O2C team, you will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy of receivables processes and supporting customers and internal stakeholders.

This is how your responsibilities would look like:

• Posting and validating journal entries
