SAMSUNG SDS in Wronki is seeking an Outbound Senior Logistics Specialist to coordinate inbound logistics, manage delivery plans, and work closely with internal partners. The role emphasizes timely execution, KPI monitoring, and documentation control within a dynamic logistics team.

You will collaborate with service providers, plan shipments, and ensure visibility of shipments using company tools and systems, contributing to project initiatives and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• University degree in Logistics, SCM, or Transport.
• Proficient English.
• At least 2 years of logistics experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Knowledge of road transport.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• Good organization of work.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.

Role Summary

Our team in Wronki is growing, and we are looking for new members to join our Inbound Logistics Team. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound shipments, ensuring smooth logistics execution, and maintaining close cooperation with internal partner - Samsung Electronics (SEPM).

• Creating Delivery Plan & Execution

• Verification of shipping & delivery performance (KPIs)

Requirements
