Job summary

Samsung SDS, the global IT and logistics arm of the Samsung Group, seeks an Outbound Logistics Specialist to manage timely dispatches, coordinate with warehouses and carriers, and resolve delivery issues. You will ensure proper documentation, efficient routing, and smooth outbound operations across multiple countries.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, a customer-oriented mindset, curiosity, a proactive attitude, and advanced English skills in speaking and writing.

• Shipment exception management and escalation.
• Coordination with warehouse, couriers and customers.
• Return orders management.
• Damage and claim investigation and processing.
• Knox approvals related to costs of specific customers requirements-tail-lift, fixed time delivery.

An Outbound Logistics Specialist manages the timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customers. They coordinate with warehouses and carriers, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues. The role ensures proper documentation, efficient routing, and smooth outbound operations
