Job summary

Samsung SDS in Poznań, Poland is seeking an Outbound Logistics Specialist to coordinate outbound operations across 35 countries, manage daily carrier coordination, truck bookings and cost control.

You will work with warehouses, couriers and customers to ensure proper documentation, handle shipment planning and exceptions, and manage returns. Advanced English is required, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

An Outbound Logistics Specialist manages the timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customers. They coordinate with warehouses and carriers, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues. The role ensures proper documentation, efficient routing, and smooth outbound operations

Main responsibilities:

• Outbound operations covering 35 countries (EU and non EU)
• Daily carrier coordination and shipment planning
• Truck booking and capacity management
• Transport cost and invoice control
• Shipment exception management and escalation
• Coordination with warehouse, couriers and customers
• Return orders management
• Damage and claim investigation and processing
• Knox approvals related to costs of specific customers requirements-tail-lift, fixed time delivery

Requirements:
