Job summary

Samsung SDS is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join the Export department in Poland. The role requires at least two years in logistics, strong road transport knowledge, and fluent English; you will manage deliveries, coordinate providers, monitor KPIs, and handle documentation under tight deadlines.

Candidates should be organized, proficient in MS Office and Excel, and able to deliver full visibility of shipments using company tools.

Qualifications

• University degree in Logistics, SCM, or Transport.
• Fluent in English.
• Min. 2 years' experience in logistics or transport.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Cooperation with logistic service providers
• Creating Delivery Plan & Execution
• Planning deliveries
• Verification of shipping & delivery performance (KPIs)
• Delivering full visibility of shipments by company tools & system
• Subcontractor performance reporting to line manager
• Verification of logistics documents (POD/BOL)
• Participation in Logistics projects
