Job summary

Aptiv in Kraków is seeking a hands-on Technician to prepare, assemble, and integrate test systems in vehicles, ensuring correct operation and documentation. You will collaborate with engineers, monitor materials, and support validation activities to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires technical education in electronics or related fields, strong practical skills, OS knowledge (Windows/Linux), basic networking, and familiarity with CAN/Ethernet/USB. A Category B license is needed.

Qualifications

• Technical education in electronics or related field.
• Strong practical and manual skills with ability to read technical docs.
• Basic electronics knowledge and measurement techniques.
• Ability to install and configure OS and devices.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS.
• Basic understanding of computer networking.
• Knowledge of automotive interfaces CAN/Ethernet/USB.
• Ability to perform functional testing and quality verification.
• Strong teamwork, communication, detail orientation, and willingness to learn.
• Valid Category B driving licence.

• Verify the correct operation of test systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers responsible for the delivery of test projects.

• Manage and maintain records of components and equipment used in test systems.
• Monitor the availability of materials and components and report shortages when necessary.
• Oversee workshop and laboratory equipment and ensure its operational readiness.

• Ensure high‑quality workmanship and compliance with established processes and procedures.

Your background:

• Technical education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
• Strong practical and manual skills, with the ability to work with technical documentation.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical engineering, and electronic measurement techniques.
• Ability to install and perform basic configuration of operating systems and devices.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Basic understanding of computer networking.
• Knowledge of automotive communication interfaces such as CAN, Ethernet, and USB.
• Ability to perform functional testing and quality verification.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, accountability, and a strong quality‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop new competencies.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• English proficiency sufficient to work effectively with technical documentation.
