Job summary

IAG GBS Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking an OTC specialist to enhance financial operations in international aviation, focusing on quality control, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. You will manage OTC activities, support an offshore team, and drive operational excellence in automation and controls within a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

The role emphasizes offshore collaboration, process mapping, and ensuring accurate end-to-end OTC processes in a dynamic global setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in business discipline or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical and cooperation skills.
• Fluent in English, Spanish nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control against SLAs.
• Resolve day-to-day queries from BPO and suppliers and escalate as needed.
• Carry out period-end reporting and support audit processes.
• Drive process improvements and update SOPs.
• Support migration and improvement projects within scope of services.
• Oversee documentation and process controls for ICFR and operational excellence.
• Assist offshore team in running and controlling transactional processes.
