Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in trade spend, rebates, deductions, or OTC in a global/shared services setup.
• Knowledge of ERP and trade tools (SAP, Vistex, HighRadius).
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and insight generation.

Responsibilities

• Validate and manage complex trade promotion and rebate claims against contracts and pricing terms.
• Oversee end-to-end trade spend processes including adjudication, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Investigate discrepancies, aged claims, and exceptions with cross-functional teams.
• Review promotional data (EPOS, pricing, plans) for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage trade spend accruals including month-end true-ups per accounting policy.
• Provide guidance to junior analysts and support capability development.
• Strengthen controls and ensure compliance with DoA frameworks.
• Monitor KPIs like claim cycle time and leakage, providing actionable insights.
• Drive automation and standardisation of processes and data governance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to reduce issues and leakage.
