Job summary

EY Poland seeks an OT/IoT Security Hub Consultant to support ServiceNow-based solutions for OT operations, CMDB, and risk management in the EMEIA region.

You will lead workshops, design OT service management configurations, mentor teams, and ensure testing and quality assurance across delivery phases. The role requires travel and strong English communication in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, SecOps, and IRM.
• Basic understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and service management concepts.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solution designs.
• Willingness to learn and travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, scoping and design workshops in OT operations management, OT service management, Vulnerability & Incident Response and/or OT Cyber Risk Management.
• Establish an OT CMDB and related OT Service Catalog to support Service Management in manufacturing.
• Provide expert level support and mentorship to ServiceNow Manufacturing Cyber solution implementation team.
• Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and constraints.
• Deliver configuration and integration services and ensure QA support to development and implementation teams.
• Plan and coordinate testing, test acceptance and remediation cycles.
• Build and present business cases for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to development of new solutions on ServiceNow platform.
• Augment capabilities with EYQ AI tools and EY.AI ecosystem.

Join our OT/IoT (Operational Technology/Internet of Things) Security Hub for EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) region.

The role will contribute to Cyber Transformation and Service Management competence group in our OT/IoT Security Hub. You will play a direct role in helping our clients plan, build and implement ServiceNow manufacturing industry solutions in the area of OT Visibility (CMDB), OT Service Management, OT SecOps (vulnerability and security incident response), and/or OT Risk Management.

Your scope of duties:

• You will lead requirements gathering, scoping and design workshops in the area of OT operations management, OT service management, Vulnerability & Incident Response and/or OT Cyber Risk Management;
• You will help our clients establish an OT CMDB and related OT Service Catalog to support Service Management processes in the manufacturing area;
• You will provide expert level support and technical mentoring to ServiceNow Manufacturing Cyber solution implementation team;
• You will maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints;
• You will deliver configuration and integration services as well as ensure quality assurance support to the Development and Implementation team;
• You will plan and coordinate all phases of testing, test acceptance and remediation cycles;
• You will build and present business cases for senior stakeholders;
• You will contribute to the development of new solutions build on top of ServiceNow platform;

Our requirements:

• Experience with ServiceNow platform;
• Experience in one or more ServiceNow products: CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, SecOps, IRM;
• Experience with CMDB;
• Basic understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Service Management concepts;
• Strong presentation and communication skills;
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs;
