Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Warsaw seeks a Clinical Specialist to build relationships with key accounts and provide clinical support across the Region CEE North, driving opportunities across the MedTech portfolio and developing long-term partnerships.

You will collaborate with marketing on launches, deliver in-service education, and support contracting, tenders, and market access while maintaining high clinical standards and customer trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or biomedical sciences.
• 3–5 years of experience with medical devices.
• Arthroplasty experience strongly preferred.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key accounts and provide clinical support in Region CEE North.
• Develop opportunities across MedTech products with clinical support.
• Develop long-term customer relationships to ensure trust in Johnson & Johnson MedTech.
• Coordinate with marketing for product launches and training.
• Report on cases completed and maintain accurate account records.
• Support contracting, tenders, and market access activities.
• Office/Field time distribution: 25% office, 70% field.
