Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Kraków seeks an Intra Group Reconciliation & Reporting Specialist to ensure accurate intercompany accounting, complete month-end close, and maintain intercompany balances with integrity.

You will partner with Finance, Controlling and Shared Service teams to perform reconciliations, analyze variances, and drive process improvements while adhering to accounting policies, controls and timelines. Proficiency with SAP and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounting, Finance, Shared Services, or Intercompany Accounting.
• Experience with month-end close activities and account reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile intercompany accounts and support month-end close.
• Perform intercompany payments and transactions analysis.
• Conduct GR/IR and vendor aging analyses and collaborate with stakeholders.
