Job summary

Philips is seeking an Order Fulfillment SME - ULS to lead and improve Ultrasound order processing across cross-functional teams. You will standardize processes, define best practices, and ensure documentation is ready for implementation.

You will act as the SAP expert, drive governance and end-to-end order management, and work with stakeholders to resolve complex operational challenges. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Supply Chain and logistics processes.
• At least 2 years of SAP experience.
• Experience or strong understanding of end-to-end order management.
• Confident English communication, both written and spoken.
• Enjoys solving problems and driving improvements.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and develop.
• Experience with Power BI or advanced Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects that simplify, standardize, and improve Supply Chain processes.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Ultrasound Order Fulfillment with cross-functional partners.
• Define best practices and ensure consistent, efficient operations.
• Assess upcoming process changes and prepare documentation and work instructions.
• Drive process governance through audits and quality reviews.
• Collaborate across functions to align ways of working and improve end-to-end performance.
• Share knowledge, support problem-solving, and help teams navigate challenges.
