Job summary

Philips is seeking an Order Fulfillment SME - ULS to lead and improve Ultrasound order processing across cross-functional teams. You will standardize processes, define best practices, and ensure documentation is ready for implementation.

You will act as the SAP expert, drive governance and end-to-end order management, and work with stakeholders to resolve complex operational challenges. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Supply Chain and logistics processes.
• At least 2 years of SAP experience.
• Experience or strong understanding of end-to-end order management.
• Confident English communication, both written and spoken.
• Enjoys solving problems and driving improvements.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and develop.
• Experience with Power BI or advanced Excel is a plus.

Your role:

Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The annual base salary range for this role is 97,150 PLN – 160,950 PLN. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience, and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.

This role is eligible for an annual incentive, with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
