ING Hubs Poland is hiring engineers to design, build, and maintain data workflows, ETL/ELT pipelines, andOracle-based data solutions powering transactional and near real-time systems. You will implement high-performance, secure data processing pipelines and contribute to automation, monitoring, and testing frameworks.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global teams in an Agile setup and ownership from design to production support.

Qualifications

5+ years Oracle/SQL experience in data engineering or related roles.
Strong PL/SQL development: stored procedures, packages, functions.
Experience with triggers, views, materialized views, and performance tuning.
Understanding of transaction management, locking, and optimization.
Experience building database-centric middleware / data integration layers.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain data workflows, ETL/ELT pipelines, and integration processes.
Develop robust Oracle-based data solutions powering transactional and near real-time systems.
Implement high-performance, secure, and scalable data processing pipelines.
Build automation, monitoring, and testing frameworks for data workflows.
Collaborate with global teams in an Agile setup, driving continuous improvement.
